What is "manna?"

In the days of Moses, manna (bread of heaven) came daily from God. God said it was a test, “whether they will walk in My law or not.” – Exodus 16:4

When the people saw it, they said "What is it?" For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, "This is the bread which the LORD has given you to eat. – Exodus 16:33

Jesus said “Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’" Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world. I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” – John 6:31-35

In the Lord’s Prayer, it says “Give us this day our daily bread,” which implies that we must trust in the Lord DAILY for the needs in our lives. Will you trust in the Lord Jesus today?
